Homemade Irish Cream

My grandmother’s recipe – super delicious, but has a good kick!  Better than what you can buy at the liquor store …

  • Equivalent of 3 eggs (use egg substitute or pastuerized eggs)
  • One 8 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 tablespoons chocolate syrup
  • 1 teaspoon instand coffee
  • 8 ounces half & half cream
  • 12 ounces Irish whiskey (prefer Jamesons)

Mix all ingredients in blender until well blended.  Chill.  Enjoy!
