Blueberry Pie

This is a different version than a “classic” blueberry pie.  Some blueberries and cooked and some stay raw/whole.  Fresh-tasting and delicious!

  • 3 cups blueberries
  • 1 deep dish pie shell

Place 2 cups raw blueberries in cooked pie shell.

In saucepan, combine:

  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup flour.

Cook until thick.  Add 3 tablespoons butter and 1/4 teaspoon salt.  Blend in blender.  Pour mixture over blueberries.  Set/refrigerate for 4 hours.  Cover with whipped cream.
