Friday evening, May 24, was a cold and breezy evening (May!?!), so I thought about making a pot of chili. On weekday evenings, I usually don’t do a long, slow, simmering pot, though that is really the best way to do it. Anyway, I thought, “Why not make your own chili seasoning mix with Obis One black garlic products?” Great idea! I did a little research online and came up with what turned out to be a pretty good mix (maybe a new Obis One product?). Here it is: 4 teaspoons Obis One black garlic chili powder 3 teaspoons Obis One black garlic salt 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes 3 teaspoons onion powder 1 teaspoon ground oregano This batch of seasoning was cooked with 2 pounds of nice lean ground … Read entire article »
